At My Propane Tank, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

General Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to all non-defective returns. This fee covers processing and handling and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items

We apologize if your order arrives damaged or defective. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

  • Reporting Damage: Please report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Send an email to info@mypropanetank.com including:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video evidence of the damage or defect

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will cover return shipping costs and provide either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement item at no additional cost

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@mypropanetank.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

  3. Please do not return any item without an RMA number, as it may delay processing.

Refunds

  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • Approval: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are not eligible for refund.
