II. Shipping Cost Structure
Due to the specialized nature, size, and weight of propane tanks, we utilize specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight services.
Mandatory Flat Rate Fee: A fixed, non-refundable fee of $375.00 is applied to every order at checkout. This fee covers the high minimum cost associated with specialized freight transport.
Freight Surcharges (If Applicable): For certain large ASME tanks (e.g., 1000 gallons and up) or deliveries to remote destinations, additional freight surcharges may be required. If the actual cost exceeds the $375.00 flat rate, we will contact you immediately before processing the order to confirm the final shipping cost. Your order will not be dispatched until the full shipping cost is agreed upon and paid.
Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, returned in their original packaging.
Standard Restocking Fee: All non-defective, returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your final refund amount.

If your tank arrives damaged in transit or is defective, please do not sign the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will process a replacement or full refund, and you will not incur a restocking fee or return shipping costs.
